教育工作经历: 2020.01至今福州大学生物科学与工程学院助理研究员 2016.07-2020.01 华侨大学医学院讲师 2011.09-2016.07 浙江大学微生物学博士 2007.09-2011.07 福建师范大学生物技术学士 承担课程: 1、本科生:生物化学;有机化学; 科研简介: 1、微生物发酵产酶(漆酶、褐藻胶裂解酶等)及其工业化运用的研究; 2、微生物功能性代谢物(寡聚糖、羟基喹啉醌等)的生产与应用; 3、微生物组学的生物信息分析(转录组、代谢组、蛋白组、宏基因组等; 4、昆虫病源真菌的基因功能及调控机理研究; 科研项目: 1、国家自然科学基金青年基金:MicroRNA对大脑皮层神经发生的反馈环路调控机制。(2018-2020年,20万,主持) 2、福建省自然科学基金青年基金:MicroRNA-26对大脑皮层神经发生的反馈环路调控机制。(2018-2021年,4万,主持) 3、福州大学人才项目:基于转录组与代谢组分析Sur7调控球孢白僵菌生长的分子机理。(2020-2022年,10万,主持)
