个人简介

主要从事柔性电子材料与器件研究, 重点面向新一代数据存储与发光显示技术,研发系列具有信息存储与发光功能的柔性电子材料与器件. 近年来在国内外著名期刊Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Small等上发表SCI科技论文,共被引3000余次,H因子23; 申请或授权中国发明专利20余项, 相关成果获2016年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果一等奖、江苏省教育科学研究成果一等奖等, 主持完成或在研包括国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家省部级基金. 长期担任Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Electronic Materials等国际期刊的审稿人、国家基金委项目函评专家.

研究领域

(1) 信息存储,主要包括有机/碳基信息存储材料与器件. (2) 柔性电子,主要包括柔性导电薄膜、柔性微纳电子器件、柔性光电转换器件等. (3) 印刷电子,主要包括可印刷绿色碳基电子材料与器件.
