研究领域

1.二维层状功能纳米材料(石墨烯、二硫化钼等)的制备、表征及其在气体传感器和光敏晶体管中的应用。 2.对无机、聚合物材料进行表面化学修饰并研究其在生物分子固定和纳米结构生长方面的应用。 3.利用扫描探针显微镜对材料进行表征,制备微纳米图案并其研究其在生物分子固定和无机纳米材料生长方面的应用
