李云琦,性别:男,1980年出生,籍贯:四川,毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获得博士学位,教授/研究员/博士生导师,从事高性能材料基础的多学科交叉研究工作。 主要学习工作经历: 1997.9~2001.7 南京大学化学系,理学学士 2001.9~2007.3 中科院长春应化所高分子化学与物理重点实验室,理学博士 2005.5~2006.5 Rutgers大学食品系,交换学生 2007.5~2009.1 Kansas大学分子生物中心,博士后 2009.2~2010.5 Kansas大学应用生物信息实验室,博士后 2010.6~2012.11 Rutgers大学食品系,博士后 2013.1~至今 中科院长春应化所,研究员,博士生导师      在化学和高分子物理化学学习研究经历的基础上,对分子生物学、生物信息学、蛋白质和食品科学以及高分子复合物等多个领域具有深入研究,阐述了一系列复杂体系的基本物理问题,开发了软件/服务器促进相关领域的深入研究。在以相互作用、分子构象、微结构、聚集和相行为、宏观性质的多个尺度相互联系为主线,拓展了基础物理理论模型在大分子复杂体系的应用,整合了一套对复杂体系行之有效的理论、模拟与实验相结合的多学科交叉研究方法。迄今,已发布了开源软件/服务器6个,在J. Phys. Chem. B, J. Chem. Phys.,Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, PLoS One,Proteins,Carbohydr. Polym.和Food Hydrocolloids等SCI核心期刊共发表论文30余篇,它引200余次,获得一项美国授权专利。
