个人简介

化麒麟,副研究员,硕士生导师,2010年于华中科技大学材料科学与工程学院获工学学士学位,2016年于中国科学院半导体研究所获工学博士学位;2016年7月至2018年7月在清华大学微电子学研究所从事博士后研究工作;2018年7月加入中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所。主要从事压电(光)电子学、柔性拉伸电子学、低维纳米材料、新型信息器件等研究,探索新型柔性微纳器件及系统在智能感知、信息处理、动作执行等领域的前沿创新应用。在Nature Commun.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Electron. Mater. 等著名期刊及国际会议上发表20余篇论文;申请中国发明专利3项;参与过国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等多项研究。 获奖及荣誉: 2018年中国国际智能产业博览会十大“黑科技”创新产品(多功能集成电子皮肤)

研究领域

主要从事压电(光)电子学、柔性拉伸电子学、低维纳米材料、新型信息器件等研究,探索新型柔性微纳器件及系统在智能感知、信息处理、动作执行等领域的前沿创新应用。
