个人简介

Morten Willatzen教授在纳米材料声学、光学和电学等物理性质研究领域建模、模拟方面的研究基础,特别是压电半导体材料电子学性质方面的研究专长,与本所研究的核心方向压电电子学理论和器件模拟、设计紧密结合,将孕育和产生新的交叉领域,如研究压电电子学器件声学性质,形成新的理论、设计新器件;发展压电电子学多功能新型光电感应压电执行器件等。
