个人简介

2000.4.-2005.3 在日本国立大阪大学研究生院物质化学专业学习。2005年3月获得博士学位。主要从事含铜或含锰离子的蛋白质的结构与功能研究。 2005.4.-2007.11 在日本理化学研究所基因科学研究中心任助理研究员,承担日本国家基础研究项目《蛋白质基本结构的系统分析》中嗜热古细菌Thermus Thermophilus HB8、Pyrococcus horokoshii OT3和高等动物来源蛋白质的空间结构特征的研究。 2007.12-2009.5 在日本高能量加速器研究机构结构生物学研究中心任研究员。承担日本国家基础研究项目《药物作用靶点蛋白质的结构生物学研究》中控制细胞内蛋白质输运的蛋白质-蛋白质复合体的结构研究。迄今发表SCI论文9篇。 对脱氮菌Hyphomicrobium denitrificans体内的特殊亚硝酸还原酶的结构与功能研究中的单独完成它的空间结构研究,研究论文发表在著名科技期刊《美国科学院院刊(PNAS)》上。2009年6月作为药用植物研究所引进人才到药理毒理研究中心工作,任副研究员、硕士研究生导师。

研究领域

1) 结核杆菌H37Rv体内潜在的药物作用靶点蛋白质的空间结构研究; 2)与DNA相互作用蛋白质的结构与功能研究; 3)同功酶空间结构多样性研究。
