个人简介
过去10年,我主要专注于材料结构表征技术的发展,独特的技艺使得我课题组与国内多个薄膜材料领域课题组形成良好合作关系,开展了系列重要研究工作并取得了一些成果,在Science,NaturePhysics,NatureMaterials,NatureCommunications等期刊发表论文100余篇。此外,最近三年,我课题组也开始研究具有超高空间分辨能力的同步辐射相干衍射成像/谱学成像技术,这种技术是未来第四代同步辐射光源的杀手锏技术之一,会有很多重要而有趣的应用,
