个人简介
肖炳甲，1966年2月生，中国科学院等离子体所研究员、博士导师，中国科学技术大学兼职教授、博士导师。1982 -1990在中国科学技术大学工程热物理专业本科和硕士研究生学习,1990年后入中国科学院等离子体物理所工作,主要从事聚变裂变混合堆的热工水力、中子学和边界等离子体行为的研究。1997年4月获核聚变与等离子体物理专业博士, 1998年12月－2000年12月获日本学术振兴会博士后奖学金，在日本东京大学系统与量子工程系任博士后特别研究员，主要研究中性粒子在边界等离子体中的 输运和等离子体与壁的相互作用。2003年度受聘日本东京大学高温等离子体中心客座助教授，从事边界等离子体中的原子分子行为的研究。 2002年9月起至今任中国科学院等离子体物理所研究员。 现任等离子体所计算机应用研究室主任，曾或正在负责国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目和中国科学院创新方向性项目，现主要研究兴趣有等离子体运行和控制、计算机数据采集和数据分析服务和高性能数值模拟计算等。
