个人简介

韦世强,男,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,973计划项目首席科学家,创新研究群体科学基金项目学术带头人,现任中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室首席科学家。主要从事同步辐射实验新方法及其应用的研究工作, 1979--1983年:广西师范大学化学系本科生; 1986--1992年:中国科学技术大学化学物理系硕士、博士研究生;开始同步辐射 XAFS的学习和研究工作; 1992--1994年:中国科学技术大学基础物理中心博士后,94年晋升为副教授; 1996--1999年:日本的高能物理研究所(KEK,PF),博士后和客座研究员,参加了日本KEK光子工厂的BL-13B表面XAFS站的建设及应用研究; 1999年: 负责主持合肥国家同步辐射实验室XAFS实验站的建设和管理工作,晋升为教授; 2008年起任 中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室首席科学家。
