个人简介

张东煜,1991年毕业于毕业于西安交通大学电气系工业电气自动化专业,2006年在陕西科技大学获得工学硕士学位,2009年在中国科学院长春光学机密机械与物理研究所获得理学博士学位。硕士博士期间主要从事有机电致发光(OLEDs)改善磷光器件性能及其物理机理的研究,期间参与的"有机光电子器件的物理机制研究及发光显示技术上"研究项目获得吉林省科技进步一等奖(2009Jl0009)。2009年6月赴香港中文大学电子工程学院从事有机场效应管(OFET)研究工作。2010年1月到中科院苏州纳米所印刷电子技术中心工作,任高级工程师。

研究领域

现主要从事柔性及可印刷OLEDs、OFET 、OPV以及界面物理等方面的研究。
