经历: 2008.09- 2012.07 兰州大学,学士,物理学院微电子专业; 2012.09-2017.07 中国科学院微电子研究所,博士,微电子学与固体电子学; 2017.09-2019.9 美国加州大学洛杉矶分校,博士后; 2019.11-至今 中国科学技术大学,特任副研究员.

研究领域

宽禁带半导体功率器件制备,器件缺陷态测量,以及器件模型建立。
