研究领域

长期致力于二维材料中低温电子学的实验研究:系统发展了石墨烯、过渡金属硫族化合物、黑磷等新型低维半导体材料中,单电子晶体管微纳加工制备工艺和低温电子学测量技术。在过渡金属硫族化合物上首次制备得到了栅控单电子晶体管,在此基础上首次在二维材料体系中实现了栅极电压对单电子晶体管中单电子隧穿行为的可控调制。
