研究领域
一:细菌毒素的抗肿瘤作用。本课题组研究发现,金黄色葡萄球菌产生的PV-杀白细胞素(PVL)的S组分(LukS-PV)与靶细胞结合的受体是C5aR,C5aR在髓系白血病细胞、肝癌和肾癌等细胞高表达,本课题组发现LukS-PV对这些肿瘤细胞有抑制作用,并对其分子机制进行系列研究。
二:细菌适应性改变和调控机制。金黄色葡萄球菌可快速适应外界环境变化和宿主体内感染应答压力与其丰富的二元调控系统相关。VraSR最初被发现可调控金葡菌对万古霉素耐药。本课题组研究发现VraSR不但可以调控金葡菌耐药,还可以与全局调控子agr结合,调控金葡菌毒力因子表达,表明VraSR有较广泛的调控功能。我们对VraSR及金葡菌其他二元调控子的功能和调控机制进行了系列研究。
