研究领域

非血缘脐血移植植入前综合征的发生机制、如何促进移植后血小板植入及移植后复发的防治及双阴性T（DNT）细胞预防及治疗移植后复发。

代表性成果简介 应用DNT细胞治疗异基因造血干细胞移植后复发，目前临床试验正在进行中。在脐血移植后恶性血液病患者应用重组人血小板生成素（rhTPO）的前瞻性随机对照临床研究已经完成，研究结果表明，移植后+14d～+28d应用rhTPO可以促进脐血移植后血小板的植入和恢复，缩短血小板恢复时间，并减少血小板输注量。研究成果在2018年第60届美国血液学年会（ASH）上进行大会口头报告
