刘斌，博士，男，1977年1月生，江西南昌人。中国科学技术大学信息科学技术学院副教授。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，主持过多项国家自然科学基金、国家863项目等。主要经历： 1994.9~1998.7 中国科技大学少年班系学士 1998.9~2001.7 中国科技大学电子工程与信息科学系硕士 2001.8~2006.12 美国Syracuse University电子与计算机工程系博士 2006.9~2007.3 美国JHM Technologies LLC. 研究工程师 2007.8~2009.7 美国纽约州立大学石溪分校医学图像处理实验室博士后研究员 2009.8~至今　中国科技大学信息科学技术学院副教授
