1. 新药研发:基于靶标进行药物设计与合成,对于体外活性好的化合物,进行初步的成药性评价,选取候选化合物。在研课题包括:a,设计合成抗结核药物(科技部新药创制重大专项);b,肿瘤免疫抑制剂的设计与合成(医科院创新工程);c,细胞水平及酶分子水平筛选方法的建立。
2. 体外诊断试剂产品研发与注册:通过化学与生物学科的交叉方法,建立体外诊断试剂研发平台,专注于研发创新类体外诊断试剂。在研课题包括:a,荧光分子探针的设计合成及在IVD中的应用(企业合作);b,核苷类分子探针的设计合成及在IVD中的应用(企业合作)
