研究领域
1.天然产物活性物质的寻找与发现
(1)抗肿瘤、心血管及代谢性疾病的活性天然产物的寻找、发现与结构修饰。
(2)药用真菌活性成分的研究。
(3)液质分析的研究。
2.常用中药(单方和复方)药效物质基础研究
针对所要研究的中药(单方和复方)在临床上所治疗病症,选择相应的药理筛选指标,进行高通量筛选,以确定该单方或复方的药效物质和药效物质群。通过HPLC, HPLC-NMR, HPLC-MS,确定化合物类型,结合快速分离方法,得到单体化合物,并确定化合物结构。研究复方的化学组成与药效相关性,确定活性化合物。提供新药研究先导化合物。
3.中药质量标准研究。
(1)中药有效成分、指标成分含量测定方法研究,质控标准研究。
(2)中药指纹谱研究。
