1 基本信息 曹红利,博士,讲师,硕士生导师 性别:女 ; 民族:汉 ; 籍贯:四川泸县;专业:茶学; 学历:博士研究生; 职称:讲师 2. 个人简历 / 专兼职职务 2010年在四川农业大学园艺学院茶学专业获学士学位,2016年获中国农业科学院研究生院茶学博士学位,2016年以A类博士入职福建农林大学园艺学院茶学系担任讲师。 3. 主讲课程 《茶叶审评与检验》(本科,主讲) 《茶学专业英语》(本科双语,主讲) 《茶叶加工学》(本科,主讲) 《茶树遗传育种与生物技术》(研究生,参讲)等 5. 研究项目 先后主持国家自然科学基金1项。近5年主持和参与的课题如下: CsMAPK3和CsbZIP8及其互作在茶树抗寒响应中的作用研究. 国家自然科学基金青年项目(31800587),2019.01-2021.12 (25万),主持(在研) 6. 主要论著 在国内外知名学术刊物上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文10篇;参编农业农村部规划教材1部。 7. 获奖情况 第四届“全国茶学专业青年教师教学能力大赛”,2019年7月,教育部高等教育教学指导委员会茶学学科组,三等奖。

研究领域

主要开展茶树抗逆分子机理研究,茶叶感官审评,茶叶加工品质形成调控等方面的研究。
