Prof. Sun’s research interests cover artificial photosynthesis, catalysts based on transition metal complexes and oxides/hydroxides/sulfides for water oxidation, hydrogen generation and nitrogen fixation, functional devices for total water splitting, dye sensitized, quantum dot/rod sensitized solar cells, perovskite solar cells.
