学习经历: 1991.09-1995.07 湘潭大学,高分子化学,理学学士; 1995.09-1998.07 湘潭大学,电分析化学,理学硕士,导师为李益恒教授; 1998.09-2001.07 南开大学,有机分析化学,理学博士,导师为王琴孙教授; 2001.07-2002.07 中科院大连化物所博士后,从事毛细管电色谱与质谱的联用及其在生物样品分析中应用研究,合作导师为张玉奎院士和阎超教授; 2003.08-2005.07 德国蒂宾根大学博士后,主要从事手性分离科学研究,合作导师为国际著名的volker. Schurig教授(Journal of Chromatography A, Chirality等国际著名期刊主编) 工作经历: 2001.08-2002.06 通微(Unimicro)技术有限公司,主要负责新仪器的研发、应用以及售后技术服务; 2004.07-2007.06 英国伦敦大学King’s College研究员,主要从事微分离科学研究; 2007.02-2007.05 世界第一大制药公司Pfizer分析研发部(英国Sandwich) 合作研究科学家Collaborating Research Scientist,主要负责新分析方法的高速高分离度以及微型化研究; 2007.07-2010.07 Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research(Horsham),Research Scientist研究员,主要负责药物候选分子的物理化学性质鉴定和筛选以及药物ADME的分析,同时还承担一定药物的分离提纯和结构鉴定工作; 2010.10-至今 暨南大学药学院 全职教授 药物分析学科带头人; 2013.09-2013.10 西班牙阿尔卡拉大学访问教授(Visting professor)。

研究领域

1. 现代色谱的理论及技术研究:包括色谱分离理论、分析仪器改进、新型色谱柱和固定相的研制、手性物质的分离和分离技术微型化和集成化的探索(聚合物整体色谱柱,毛细管电泳和电色谱); 2. 药物代谢及生物标志物/靶标研究:候选药物的理化性质的鉴定和筛选、受体/蛋白-小分子相互作用、药物/毒物的代谢动力学(ADME)分析、蛋白质组学/代谢组学方法学研究及其应用于药物靶标筛选或作用机制阐述(信号转导)的研究;
