个人简介

聂国政,男,汉族,湖南涟源人,1979年06月生,博士、副教授。2003年毕业于湖南科技大学物理学院,获学士学位,2006年毕业于中南大学凝聚态物理专业,获硕士学位,2011年毕业于华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室微电子与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。 主讲课程:《集成电路原理与设计》、《电磁场与电磁波》、《高频电子线路B》等课程, 科学研究:发表科研论文10余篇,主持国家、省部级3项。及教改项目2项,参与国家级和升级科研项目多项。 1. 近期承担的主要科研项目 (1)国家自然科学基金应急管理项目,11447212,高度稳定的金属氧化物半导体薄膜晶体管的有源材料的设计与计算,2015.01-2015.12,5万,已结题,主持; (2)湖南省教育厅科学研究项目优秀青年项目,17B090,新型稀土掺杂InZnO 有源层半导体氧空位电子结构及其薄膜晶体管稳定性机制研究, 2017.01-2019.12, 5万,在研,主持; (3)湖南省自然科学基金面上项目,2016JJ2059, 新型内嵌金属氧化物有机薄膜晶体管的阈值电压的调控及其物理机制的研究, 2016.01-2018.12, 5万,在研,主持; (4)国家自然科学基金面上项目,61575062,吸收率可控上转换纳米颗粒对激光的吸收与散射,2016.01-2019.12,88,在研,参与; (5)国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,21301058,光磁双功能纳米晶的可控合成及磁控制发光,2014.01-2016.12,24万,已结题,参与; (6)国家自然科学基金项目,新型二维异质结构界面增强光催化机理研究,11804090,2019.01-2021.12,26万,在研,参与; (7)湖南省教育厅科研重点项目,18A205, 应变下二维MXene异质结铁电性增强的机理及设计, 2019.03-2021.12,5万,在研,参与; (8)国家自然科学基金项目,表面等离子体局域场对氟化稀土上转换发光的增强机理研,11847073,2019.01-2019.12,5万,在研,参与;
