个人简介

1996年于南京大学获生物化学学士学位,1999年于南京大学获生物化学和分子生物学硕士学位,2005年于加州大学洛杉矶分校获生物化学和分子生物学博士学位。2005-2010年于瑞士苏黎世大学分子生物学研究所从事博士后研究。 2010年受聘于中科院上海生命科学研究院系统生物学重点实验室,任研究员、研究组长;2013-2017年任中科院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员、研究组长;2017年起任上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院研究员、研究组长。2010年入选中科院“百人计划”并获择优支持;2013年获“国家优秀青年科学基金”资助。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、上海市教委科研创新计划重大项目1项。

研究领域

多年从事肿瘤与代谢疾病研究。主要研究外因(如饮食、环境等)和内因(基因功能异常)诱导的信号通路的失调与营养健康的失衡及疾病发生的内在联系。通过研究从外界进入的纳米结构/载体和细胞内的调控因子对营养代谢和稳态维持信号通路的调控和干涉,阐明营养健康失衡及疾病发生的分子机理,为癌症、糖尿病、神经退行性疾病等重大疾病的预防与治疗提供应对手段或潜在靶点。
