个人简介

近年来,主要从事纳米生物材料制备及低维材料电子结构及输运特性的研究,曾主持中国博士后基金“基于金属量子点纳米器件电子输运行为的理论研究”1项,湖南省科技计划项目“DNA分子材料与器件计算设计及性能优化”(2009FJ3004)1项,参与PDL国防科技重点实验室基金“常温单电子晶体管的基础研究”1项、教育部高等学校博士点专项基金2项,湖南省自然科学基金项目2项。在各种核心刊物上发表论文40余篇,SCI、EI收录30余篇。 讲授课程 本科生课程:原子物理学 ,大学物理 研究生课程:群论
