个人简介

郑明,男,工学博士,特聘研究员,博士生导师。2010年毕业于南京航天航空大学,获学士学位;2015年毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所,获工学博士学位;2015-2019年先后在新加坡国立大学、香港大学、香港理工大学和日本名古屋大学从事科学研究,任日本学术振兴会(JSPS)特别研究员;2019年入选中国矿业大学高端人才计划,任特聘研究员。 迄今以第一作者或通讯作者身份在NPG Asia Mater.(Nature系列期刊),Nano Energy,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces (2篇), J. Mater. Chem. C,Appl. Phys. Lett. (Nature指数期刊,6篇),Phys. Rev. Applied (2篇)以及Phys. Rev. B等材料与物理领域国际权威期刊发表SCI论文18篇(其中JCR一区14篇),合作论文12篇,累计影响因子138,影响因子大于3的论文20篇。 欢迎材料、物理、电子等相关学科或专业背景的优秀青年学者、研究生和本科生参入我们团队,提供团队成员赴日本、香港等著名学府联合培养和学术交流的机会。

研究领域

主要研究方向为功能薄膜材料的制备、物理性能及器件应用。近年来围绕PMN-PT压电单晶基多铁异质结,研究关联电子材料的磁电耦合效应、铁电场效应、可记忆型电致电阻效应、铁电电控光致发光以及全无机透明柔性发光等重要前沿科学问题,取得了一系列成果。
