个人简介
王月花，女，1971年5月生，甘肃景泰人，博士，教授，硕士生导师。
教学情况：
从事大学物理、普通物理、薄膜光学、材料物理等课程的教学工作。
教育/工作经历：
1990.9-1994.6，学士，武汉理工大学材料工程专业；
1994.9-1997.6，硕士，武汉理工大学无机非金属材料专业；
2002.3- 2005.3，博士，南京大学凝聚态物理专业。
1997.7-2005.6，河南大学物理与信息光电子学院工作；
2005.7---至今，中国矿业大学材料与物理学院工作。
教学科研项目：
(1) 掺杂铌酸钙钡铁电薄膜的设计、制备和性能, 2012.1-2013.12，武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室开放基金，主持;
(2) 铌酸钙钡材料铁电与光学性能研究，2010.9-2013.9，中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金，主持；
(3) 电磁波与微结构金属表面等离子激元耦合效应的研究，2005.01-2007.12，国家自然科学基金面上项目，参与；
(4) 压电超晶格中极化激元及其它耦合物理效应的研究，2004.01-2006.12，国家自然科学基金面上项目，参与；
(5) 薄膜光学网络在线视频课程建设，2016.6-2017.12，校级教改项目，主持；
(6) 薄膜光学研究性课程建设及CAI课件制作,2006.10-2009.11，校级教改项目，主持；
