研究领域

1、半导体和金属纳米颗粒的稳态结构,力学性质和热稳定性研究。 2、碳纳米管复合材料生长演化动力学的计算机模拟研究。 3、金属纳米薄膜在固态基底表面的去湿和脱离的动力学研究。 4、二维层状材料的电子性质和磁结构研究。 5、拓扑电子态:拓扑绝缘体和拓扑半金属。 6、关联电子态:拓扑超导态。
