研究领域
1. 纳米结构材料的理论与计算研究,采用连续体模型以及第一性原理计算研究外延生长应变薄膜时纳米结构(如量子点,量子点分子等)的形成与生长,和外延生长应变薄膜在平直基底和模板化基底上的生长与稳定性。(Phys. Rev. Lett. 101, 216102(2008); Phys. Rev. Lett. 109, 106103(2012))
2. 量子电子应力(Quantum Electronic Stress, QES)的概念以及相关的物理性质和现象的研究,包括QES概念的提出与发展,材料的形变势以及激光脉冲引起的超快相变问题,相变材料的物理机制等。(Phys. Rev. Lett. 109, 055501(2012))
3. 金属表面分子和薄膜如石墨烯的结构与电子性质的理论与第一性原理计算研究。
