从实验和理论两个方面理解铁电、反铁电、介电、压电、热释电、多铁,及其他功能材料与器件中的物理,包括:
1.铁电的光伏及电卡效应;
2.铁电器件中的极化疲劳、印记,和极化保持现象;
3.铁电体的翻转动力学、尺寸效应,及相变;
4.铁电和多铁体中的畴结构;
5.多铁体材料中的电极化和磁极化的耦合及相互作用;
6.强关联氧化物材料中的电荷输运机制;
7.纳米电磁材料中的新的物理现象;
8.功能金属氧化物薄膜的沉积、表征和器件制备;微电子、介电、压电、热电、光电器件的制备和应用;
9.铁电和反铁电薄膜与陶瓷、无铅压电陶瓷、有机铁电、铁电高分子;
10.铁电内存、动力随机存取内存(DRAM)、场效应器件、储能器件,等等。
