张 腾(1987.08- ),湖北荆门人,博士。 2010年毕业于湖北民族学院物理学专业,获学士学位;2013年毕业于中南民族大学等离子体物理专业,获理学硕士学位;2014年就职于湖北民族学院,从事实验室教学管理。

研究领域

宽禁带半导体与光电器件。主要讲授光纤光学实验、光纤综合实验、大学物理实验等课程
