个人简介

个人简历 合肥工业大学工学学士和硕士,中国科学技术大学理学博士(导师钱逸泰院士),香港城市大学博士后(导师李述汤院士)。2002年作为JSPS学者参与中日核心大学交流计划,先后在日本大阪大学、丰桥技术科学大学访问研究。03-04,06-07年在香港城市大学从事过博士后研究,后任研究员,高级访问学者。 04年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,是安徽省高等学校学科带头人。获得过中国科学院院长奖(2001),国家科技进步三等奖(1993),安徽省科技进步奖一等奖、三等奖(1992,2003),以及安徽省十大杰出青年称号(2004)。 已经主持承担了国家863计划1项、国家自然科学基金3项、教育部新世纪优秀人才了支持计划、解放军总装重点创新项目、参与国家973计划(子课题)、日本板销子材料基金等10余项课题研究。从事低维非整比的宽禁带纳米材料化学液相控制合成,II-VI硫属化合物纳米材料与纳米结构的制备技术与表征,半导体纳米材料的光电性质,基于一维CdS, CdSe,以及掺杂的CdS纳米结构的光电导、光伏器件的研究工作。探索了发展了绿色化学法合成CdSe、CdS 等硫属化合物量子点新方法。研究开发了热电材料与器件、光伏材料与器件、高热导铝硅、金刚石与碳纤维复合封装材料。 近些年的研究成果发表国际著名的学术期刊Adv. Mater.(4篇),J. Am. Chem. Soc.(1篇),Adv. Func. Mater.(3篇),以及 Nano Lett., Inorg.Chem., J.Phys.Chem.C, Cryst. Growth & Design, CrystEngComm,Appl. Phys. Lett.等上。至今共在英文SCI国际重要刊物上发表有关II-VI族半导体纳米材料与纳米器件方面研究论文80余篇,美国MRS年会,欧洲MRS年会等国际会议论文8篇,并获欧洲材料学会2007年春季年会最佳论文奖。发表论文被国际同行SCI检索论文他引超过1100次, 已获得授权发明专利3项,申请发明专利近10项。 获奖情况 1)中国科学院院长奖(2001), 2)国家科技进步三等奖(1993), 3)安徽省科技进步奖一等奖、三等奖(1992,2003), 4)安徽省“江淮十大杰出青年”称号(2004)

研究领域

1)新型无机功能材料与器件。 2)化合物半导体纳米材料的合成、表征、性质与光伏、光电器件应用研究。 3)无机纳米材料化学液相控制合成。 4)粉末冶金过程与粉末冶金材料理论。 5)氧化物系纳米陶瓷粉体与精细陶瓷材料, 研究内容: 一维II-VI, III-V族化合物及II-VI族掺杂化合物半导体纳米结构的化学液相合成与可控生长。阵列纳米结构及单个纳米结构的电学与光学性质及光伏、光导和光探测 器件。半导体量子点绿色化学及光伏、光电器件应用。硬质合金、金刚石涂层、粉末成形新技术,粉末冶金材料与制品,粉末冶金高热导材料、封装材料。增韧氧化 物系陶瓷粉末及精细陶瓷材料与制品的开发与应用研究; 氧化物热电材料与器件。
