许文盈 - 东南大学

个人简介

许文盈，德国洪堡学者，江苏省网络群体智能重点实验室管委会成员。入选江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程，江苏省双创博士，东南大学至善青年学者。2017年毕业于香港城市大学数学系，随后在新加坡南洋理工大学电子电器工程学院、德国洪堡大学从事博士后研究（Research Fellow）。在2016年-2020年期间先后多次访问德国波茨坦大气研究所、英国Brunel大学，香港城市大学、新加坡南洋理工大学。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项，江苏省自然科学基金1项，并参加完成了多项香港政府基金。目前为止，已发表 30余篇论文，所取得的研究成果主要发表在 IEEE Trans. Cybernetics、IEEE Trans. Neural Netw. Learn. Syst.、IEEE Trans. Ind. Electron.、Automatica、Int. J. Robust Nonlinear Control等国际著名SCI刊物上。被国际著名 top 期刊 IEEE Trans.
