研究领域

中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程所研究员、所长助理、生物能源部主任、单细胞中心主任、功能基因组团队负责人;山东省能源生物遗传资源重点实验室主任。1997年北京大学生物技术学士,2003年华盛顿大学计算机科学硕士和生物化学博士。2004-08年于华盛顿大学遗传学系和基因组研究院任基因型组装和分析团队负责人。2008年入选中科院“****”并全职加入中科院青岛生物能源与过程所。任mSystems、Algal Research、Appl Env Microbiol等编委。获首届中组部万人计划(青年拔尖人才计划;2012)、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才推进计划(2013)、国家杰出青年基金(2014)、中国青年科技奖(2015)、中源协和生命医学创新突破奖(2016)、“徐健科技领军人才工作室”(山东省科技厅;2016)等荣誉。论文发表于Science、Cell Host Microbe、Nature Commu.、Plant Cell、PLoS Biology、PLoS Genetics、PNAS、ISME J等90余篇,被引近8000次。单细胞中心由来自功能基因组学、合成生物学、微流控科学和生物信息学等学科背景的60余位工作人员和研究生组成。我们主要通过研制单细胞分析仪器系列(Single-Cell Analysis Instrument Series;SAIS)与微生物组数据科学/人工智能工具,探讨微生物组检测与修复人体亚健康的原理 ,设计与组装功能性的微生物组。同时我们是工业微藻合成生物学领域的开拓者之一,以微拟球藻为模式,开发以阳光、海水和二氧化碳驱动的高值油脂定制化生产技术,服务于生物燃料和精准营养。
