个人简介

2004年上海交通大学计算机系博士毕业留校任教,期间于2011-2012年至美国哥伦比亚大学计算机系作访问研究。2013年应邀加入华为研究院担任主任研究员及技术总监,负责新型内存与存储系统、虚拟化与云计算、大数据处理技术等相关研究工作,创建华为新型存储研究团队;在云计算领域获得华为IT产品线高价值谈判专利奖(年度唯一)。之后回学校到华东师范大学致力于并行与分布式系统、计算机系统与系统安全的原创技术研究,结合大数据系统和人工智能系统,研究SIMD/GPU系统性能加速、基于NVM的新型存储栈、和系统安全等,指导的研究小组近年在PPoPP、VLDB、ICDE、TC、TDSC、TKDE等上发表系列研究成果。在从事计算机系统研究之前,从事高速重载轨道结构与轨道动力学的数值分析研究,分别于1998年和2001年在西南交通大学获得本科和硕士学位。
