一直从事微电子专业,在国际顶级期刊Science、Nature子刊、IEEE EDL、IEDM等发表SCI、EI论文205篇(截至2022年9月)。获得授权专利69项。 荣誉及奖励 上海市高层级人才计划(2016) 台积电(TSMC)最佳研究奖
