蒋睿
职称：副教授
教育背景
1990年7月毕业于浙江大学信息与电子工程学系，获工学学士学位。1993年1月毕业于浙江大学信息与电子工程学系，获工学硕士学位。2005年7月毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系，获工学博士学位。2010年12月至2011年12月，获国家全额资助公派美国Purdue University访问研究。
研究概况
近年来，作为教师主编研究生规划教材《网络信息安全理论与技术》1部，参编本科生精品教材《信息安全》1部。开设研究生专业学位课程“密码学与安全协议”1门、“计算机网络安全”1门，开设本科生专业基础课程“密码学”与“网络信息安全理论与技术”2门。培养研究生三十余名，获2017年江苏省优秀硕士论文1篇。指导本科生获2008全国大学生电子设计竞赛信息安全邀请赛一等奖2项、二等奖1项；指导本科生获2010全国大学生电子设计竞赛信息安全邀请赛一等奖1项、二等奖2项。
近年来，作为项目负责人正在从事和完成的纵横科研项目15项，其中国家115基金项目3项、国家863项目2项、江苏省自然科学基金项目1项、公安部开放基金项目3项、上海市科技攻关项目1项、常州市高技术项目2项、以及企业横向项目等。获上海市科技进步二等奖1项。在IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Transactions on Services Computing、Computers & Security、计算机学报、IEEE会议等国际、国内重要学术期刊发表学术论文四十余篇（SCI/EI检索）；申请和授权国家发明专利25项。
