研究领域
My research employs a combination of high throughput genomics, bioinformatics and manipulation experiments to address questions in human dominated and marine ecosystems. The questions I am currently investigating include the genetic improvement tree and crop species, the evolutionary genetics of marine species, and how human modification of the landscape influences the distribution of adaptive genetic diversity in animal and plant species. My research uses diverse species to answer these questions but mainly marine invertebrates, domesticated crops and potential crop species.
