个人简介
陈靖祺于复旦大学生命科学学院取得生物信息学博士学位,后在美国加州大学伯克利分校进行了博士后研究。2019年加入复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院。主要研究方向是多组学大数据与深度学习驱动的脑疾病基因组机制解读与算法研发。目前具体研究内容包括:(1)多种神经发育与退行性疾病中罕见单碱基与结构变异的遗传机制;(2)脑疾病相关的基因组重复元件变异的鉴定与解读算法;(3)基于深度学习的脑疾病表型预测、靶点挖掘与临床应用。研究涉及大量本地及公共多组学大数据,围绕具体生物学问题,致力于开发具有生物学意义、有助于对接临床的生物信息学方法。
