个人简介

马丁•德•琼（Martin de Jong）是复旦大学全球公共政策研究院客座教授，鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学“包容性繁荣”研究所所长、管理学院和法学院教授。他曾在荷兰代尔夫特理工大学技术、政策和管理学院工作了25年，从一名博士生发展成为“中国城市和基础设施发展”领域的Antoni van Leeuwenhoek教授。在此期间，他还曾在阿姆斯特丹大学、乔治梅森大学、阿尔托大学、哈尔滨工业大学和大连理工大学工作或做访问学者。教育经历鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学和莱顿大学公共管理学士和硕士学位（联合项目）代尔夫特理工大学系统工程与政策分析博士学位内华达州天主教大学卢浮宫分校（交换项目）
