个人简介

詹义强于2000年获得复旦大学物理学士学位,2005年获得复旦大学凝聚态物理博士学位。然后在2007年,他完成了在意大利CNR ISMN的博士后研究,合作导师是Alek Dediu教授。2011年加入复旦大学前,于2007年至2010年在林雪平大学,IFM担任助理教授。现任复旦大学信息科学与工程学院教授。 长期从事有机和有机无机杂化半导体光电器件、柔性电子器件的研究,在Science、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Fun. Mater.、Nano Energy和JMCA等SCI收录杂志发表研究论文百余篇,论文被他引超过3000次。入选2012年度上海市“浦江人才计划”,获得2013年度上海市自然科学奖二等奖。多次被 《Nature》子刊、《Advanced Materials》及其子刊、《Journal of Materials Chemistry A\C》、《Organic Electronics》等国际学术期刊邀请为审稿人。还受邀担任美国能源部科研项目、罗马尼亚国家发展创新委员会、澳门大学和香港研究资助局国际评议专家。 詹义强领导的团队已经初步完成了对钙钛矿太阳能电池效率及稳定性的重点技术攻关,电池效率目前已经超22%,并且具有非常出色的水氧稳定性。目前承担了军委装备发展部共用技术重点项目柔性衬底大面积化合物半导体薄膜太阳电池技术等一系列国家重点科研任务。 学习工作经历 2016/12-至今,复旦大学,信息科学与工程学院,研究员 2011/1-2016/11,复旦大学,信息科学与工程学院,副研究员 2007/5-2010/12,瑞典林雪平大学,IFM,助理教授 2005/9-2007/3,意大利CNR ISMN,博士后,合作导师:Alek Dediu 2000.9至2005.7 复旦大学物理系 理学博士 1996.9至2000.7 复旦大学物理系 理学学士 获奖情况 2012年入选上海市浦江人才计划 2013年上海市科技技术奖自然科学类二等奖第三获奖人
