研究领域

脑机接口芯片:利用侵入式或非侵入式的脑电信号采集技术和神经调控技术实现脑和电子设备的互联,从而实现对肌体或外围电子设备的闭环控制,例如治疗帕金森、癫痫、深度抑郁等神经类疾病和修复残疾人的受损功能 植入式电子设备:包括超多通道神经信号采集器、人工耳蜗、前庭神经刺激器、脊髓电刺激器、脑起搏器以及植入式药物递送系统等 模拟和混合信号集成电路设计:面向不同医疗应用场景,采用不同高低压CMOS工艺设计的超低功耗神经接口电路、超低噪声仪表放大器、电源管理模块、类脑计算模块等 传感器:包括基于CMOS或MEMS工艺的温湿度传感器、压力传感器、流速传感器等 可穿戴式电子设备:包括便携式生物成像设备、汗液传感分析系统、脑电、心电、肌电采集系统等
