学习经历 1995:理学博士,英国牛津大学Clarendon Laboratory 凝聚态物理系 1985:理学硕士,中科院上海技术物理研究所;半导体器件物理与工艺 1982:理学学士,上海复旦大学物理系,电子物理专业 工作经历 2012年起:复旦大学信息科学与工程学院,教授 2002 – 2012:英国卢瑟福-阿普尔顿国家物理实验室,微纳技术中心,首席科学家 1997 – 2002:英国格拉斯哥大学,纳米电子学研究中心,博士后 1996 – 1997:新加坡南洋理工大学,电子电工工程系,微电子部,博士后 1994 – 1996:荷兰代尔夫特理工大学,应用物理系,超导量子输运小组,博士后 1985 – 1990:中科院上海技术物理研究所,红外器件工艺实验室,助理研究员 获奖情况 1991年获得英国牛津大学凝聚态物理系最优秀博士生奖(Arthur Cooke Memorial Prize, 1991, Condensed Matter Physics Dept, Clarendon Laboratory, University of Oxford) 2012年获得国家高端海外人才引进计划 2015年获得ChinaNano2015最佳海报奖 2018年获得国务院政府特殊津贴 2021年《无孔不入纳米科技》课程获得上海思政领航课程称号 2022年获得《无孔不入纳米科技》思政标杆课程奖
