气体放电等离子体及其应用。 专长光源原理、气体放电的数值模拟和等离子体光谱诊断 紫外光源的机理研究及应用开发,包括氘灯、准分子灯、紫外杀菌灯等气体放电紫外光源,以及高功率密度紫外LED光源系统及其光固化应用等 高品质可见LED光源封装和应用开发,包括全光谱LED光源、植物照明用光源等
