教育经历 2011年11月博士毕业于中山大学植物学专业 工作经历 2017.09-至今 华东师范大学 教授(紫江青年学者) 2016.01-2017.08 中山大学 副研究员 2012.03-2015.11 中山大学 博士后 2015.01-2015.03 阿尔伯塔大学 访问学者 2013.12-2014.01 密歇根大学 访问学者 研究工作围绕病原真菌对森林生物多样性维持作用(Janzen-Connell效应),探讨气候变暖对土壤病原菌维持森林树种多样性梯度格局的影响。成功分离出引起Janzen-Connell效应的病原真菌(尖孢镰刀菌),并证实该病原菌具有高的寄主专化性,为土壤病原菌引起的Janzen-Connell效应维持森林树种多样性提供了实证。该研究结果被全球使用最广的《Community Ecology》教科书收录(Mittelbach & McGill 2019)。并将Janzen-Connell效应与经典的“植物病害三角”框架相结合(植物病害的发生需要病原菌在适宜环境下遇到其寄主),预测全球变暖可通过改变病原菌引起的JC效应的强度(病原菌引起的幼苗死亡率),进而间接地影响森林生物多样性。相关研究结果以第一作者发表在Nature Communications、Journal of Ecology、Ecology、New Phytologist、Functional Ecology等期刊上。 当前主要依托华东师范大学在百山祖国家公园建立的25公顷亚热带森林动态监测样地,基于样地内树种多度数据、树种空间分布数据和树种共生菌根类型等信息开展研究。通过野外原位控制实验和温室内模拟实验量化稀有树种与常见树种间土壤病原真菌引起的Janzen-Connell效应强度的差异,探讨稀有树种之所以稀有的原因,即验证“稀有种较窄和独特生态位假说”。揭示百山祖国家公园森林群落中树木多度差异的形成机制,为亚热带森林生物多样性的保护提供理论依据,以及制定珍稀濒危树种百山祖冷杉(百山祖国家公园“镇园之宝”)的保护策略和人工促进其种群扩大的措施。
