1、全球变化空间天气影响机制
1）太阳活动驱动气候变化机制研究；（与美国德克萨斯大学合作）
2）太阳活动与火山活动对气候系统影响的耦合机制；（与美国德克萨斯大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡大学等合作）
3）1万年以来超高分辨率宇宙射线通量变化研究；（与东京大学合作）
2、天然等离子体对同位素分馏的影响
1）高能电子轰击对稳定同位素分馏的影响
2）X射线作用对稳定同位素分馏的影响
3、行星地貌与火星环境研究
火星磁场演化过程中空间粒子对其表层环境系统的影响
