研究方向1:城市灾害风险评估理论、方法和应用示范研究
城市地区人类活动强度高,孕灾环境和承灾体特殊,大中尺度研究方法无法精细刻画城市灾害风险特征。研究团队从2005年开始,在国内较早涉猎沿海城市灾害风险研究,探索和发展了城市灾害风险评估的理论、方法,提高城市灾害风险评估的可操作性和评估结果的可靠性,为城市灾害风险防范提供关键依据,为完善城市安全规划与应急管理提供科学基础。

研究方向2:精细刻画城市内部灾害风险扩散机制,揭示灾害风险与城市系统的动态耦合关系
城市灾害风险的成因与影响取决于致灾因子和承灾体之间复杂的耦合关系。城市灾害风险研究多关注致灾因子的作用,在致灾因子危险性模拟与成灾机理探析方面积累了丰富成果。但是,关于承灾体如何响应致灾因子的影响,仍缺乏深入研究。研究团队在构建城市灾害风险理论与方法体系基础上,采用多学科交叉研究方法,进一步深化对城市灾害风险扩散机制的研究,以揭示灾害风险与城市系统的动态耦合关系,实现灾害风险对城市关键承灾体影响的精细刻画。

研究方向3:灾害风险视域下的城市生态环境风险评估与人居环境安全保障对策研究
随着我国城市化进程中社会经济的高速发展和人口的迅速增长,生态环境问题日渐突出。区域性环境污染、生态屏障退化、突发环境危机事件等受到城市灾害风险与公共安全研究领域学者的高度重视。研究团队在构建城市灾害风险理论与方法基础上,进一步拓展研究视角,关注城市生态环境风险防控与周边生态屏障建设,开展灾害风险视域下的城市生态环境风险评估研究,为保障城市地区人居环境安全提供科学依据。
