王文炜,博士,东南大学交通学院教授,博士生导师,新材料组合结构桥梁研究中心主任,国际桥梁与结构工程学会(IABSE)会员、中国建筑学会新材料及新型结构专业委员会委员及江苏省复合材料学会结构复合材料专业委员会委员,国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金同行评议评审专家,国内外数十个核心期刊的审稿专家。
