个人简介

李志斌,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师。运输与物流工程系主任、无人驾驶运输团队负责人。2006年毕业于东南大学交通工程专业,获学士学位。2014年毕业于东南大学交通运输规划与管理专业,获博士学位。2006年至2008年在东南大学交通学院任辅导员。2010年至2011年在美国加州大学伯克利分校交通研究所博士联合培养,2012年在美国加州大学伯克利分校访问研究,2015年至2016年在美国华盛顿大学智能交通应用与研究实验室担任博士后研究员,2017年在香港理工大学土木与环境工程系担任香江学者研究员。2016年起在东南大学交通学院从事现工作。 担任世界交通运输大会(WTC)数据融合和分析及特征提取技术委员会主席、COTA国际交通科技年会智能交通领域编辑(2017年荣获最佳编辑奖)、19届COTA国际交通科技年会执行委员会主席、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者委员会委员、中国道路交通安全智库专家、中国公路学会交通院校工作委员会委员、OpenITS联盟数据评价分委会委员、南京理工大学特聘研究员等,获美国明尼苏达大学颁发的优秀教育家奖。担任江苏省物流与供应链研究院副院长、南京智能交通创新中心副主任。入选唐仲英基金会“仲英青年学者计划”、中国博士后“香江学者计划”、江苏省“双创人才计划”、江苏省“六大人才高峰计划”等。 先后主持和参与了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、美国联邦交通部等20余项项目,与百度共建智能交通联合实验室,与华为、多伦等智能交通企业和中设、深交研等规划设计单位深入合作,参与雄安新区、沪宁高速等多个地区智慧交通系统建设。研究成果“快速道路主动交通安全设计与调控关键技术及应用”获得“2017年中国公路学会科学技术奖”一等奖(排名第二)、“2018年教育部技术发明奖”一等奖(排名第四)。获得首届“中国智能交通协会优秀博士学位论文”、“江苏省优秀博士学位论文”、“第十四届亚太智能交通论坛中国智能交通最佳论文”、“第23届世界智能交通大会大陆地区唯一杰出学生奖”。 在国内外知名期刊和会议上录用发表学术论文百余篇,其中70余篇被SCI/SSCI期刊收录(第一/通讯作者50篇),累计影响因子超过150,其中在领域顶尖期刊(JCR一区)发表论文20余篇。80余篇被EI检索,60余篇在美国交通运输研究协会(TRB)会议做报告/海报。论文被多个国家和地区学者广泛引用,在Google Scholar累计被引用2000余次(H-index=25),被Web of Science引用800余次,其中严格他引600余次,ESI高被引论文2篇,其中热点论文1篇。授权国家发明专利20余项、公开20余项,授权国家软件著作权10余项。 受邀在交通运输研究委员会年会(TRB)、智能交通世界大会(ITSWC)、中国智能交通年会、世界交通运输大会(WTC)、交通运输研究大会(TRC)、COTA国际交通科技年会(CICTP)、计算交通科学国际研讨会(CTS)、交通运输研究论坛(TRF)等国内外会议做邀请报告10余次,宣读论文及海报展示30余次;在香港交通运输研究会(HKSTS)、世界交通运输大会(WTC)、江苏省运筹学会年会等多个会议担任分论坛主席与主持。担任交通领域国际知名SCI期刊Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems、IET Intelligent Transport Systems、Journal of Transport and Land Use特刊主编,担任交通领域国内外30余个知名期刊评审专家。 欢迎具有扎实交通工程专业基础及有较强计算机、数学、控制等方面能力,对学术科研或工程有浓厚兴趣、勤奋踏实的同学报考东南大学、东南大学—蒙纳士大学苏州联合研究生院的博士、硕士研究生。

研究领域

主要研究方向包括智能交通系统优化、交通流与交通控制、交通安全分析建模、智能网联自动驾驶、机器视觉人工智能、大数据挖掘与智慧应用等。
