个人简介

鞠传静，博士，讲师。2015年12月于香港大学建筑学院获得博士学位。2015年10月至今，就职于东南大学经济管理学院。主讲课程：组织行为学、薪酬管理。科研项目及人才计划项目： [1] 国家自然科学基金青年项目，“制度嵌入视角下的建设项目弹性安全管理形成机理研究”，2017/01-2019/12，主持，结题。 [2] 江苏省“双创博士”，2018/01-2019/12。获奖情况： [1] 东南大学第27届青年教师授课竞赛，三等奖。 [2] Chuanjing Ju (1/2)，CIOB Best International Research Paper Award (最佳国际研究论文奖), 英国皇家特许建造师协会(CIOB), 论文奖, 一等奖, 2013年。

研究领域

主要研究领域：从组织制度、历史演变、悖论等视角研究职业健康与安全；专业人士的工作激励、组织认同与职业化
