學歷 •美國State University of New York at Buffalo物理系博士 (1995/06) •國立成功大學物理系學士 (1985/06) 現職與經歷 現職:國立清華大學物理系教授 (2011/08 – ) 經歷: •國立清華大學物理系副教授 (2004/08 -2011/07 ) •Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, SUNY at Buffalo (2002-2004) •Research Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, SUNY at Buffalo(1998-2001) •Postdoctoral Research Associate, Department of Physics, SUNY at Buffalo (1995-1998) 研究興趣與成果 Updated on September 3, 2006 我的研究興趣主要為材料物理與同步輻射應用。最近的主題集中於奈米晶体、自旋電子學、及太陽能材料之研究。實驗上以各項同步輻射X光方法為主要量測工具,來探測長距有序結構與短距有序結構以及特定原子週遭之電子結構與磁性。實驗樣品除以化學方法於我位在清華大學物理系之實驗室中自製之奈米晶体外,多經由合作關係來自國內外的先進晶体成長實驗室。在過去數年間曾研究多種三五族稀磁半導体,如摻錳或鐵之砷化銦、砷化鎵、及氮化鎵等;以及稀磁氧化物,如摻鈷之氧化鈦及氧化鉿等自旋電子學材料。其中一成功範例為提供包含第一個三五族稀磁半導体(砷化錳銦)等三五族半導体中,置換摻雜的明証。我其他的研究工作包括奈米晶体與太陽能電池材料之檢測。所有研究成果除了建立對材料中有趣物理特性之了解外,同時亦提供長晶者許多改良製程不可或缺之背景知識。
